The Lowdown

Shipping

 

Australia

All shipping domestically is through Australia Post and standard shipping rate is included in the price of your earrings. Standard postage times apply, so you should receive your items within 10-15 business days. 

 

International

Parcels will be shipped worldwide using Australia Post. Due to the effects of COVID-19 on the postal system, shipping can take a bit longer than normal, but all going to plan your items would be with you in 15-30 business days. The standard Aus Post shipping rate internationally is a flat rate of $20.

Lost, delayed and damaged items
Once items have been shipped (within 3 business days) I can no longer claim responsibility for those items. Any such issues can be lodged via Australia Post and I'd be happy to follow them up on your behalf. To do so, simply fill out a contact form with the issue.

If your item arrives damaged or there are any issues with your earrings, please contact me within 2 days of receiving your parcel, and we’ll figure out a solution that works for you.

 

Refunds, returns and exchanges
Change of mind returns are not accepted, nor are damages related to misuse or maltreatment. However, if there is a defect with your piece, please let me know via the contact form on the home page and we can discuss a solution. I will abide by Australian Consumer Law in the case of major faults or defects. 

 

Product Info

 

Please note

All my pieces are handmade and many use upcycled, second hand materials. For this reason, imperfections and a degree of difference between pairs are all part of the product! Please be aware of this when making your purchase. The pieces I sell are all ones I would be happy to pay for and wear myself.

Earring colours may vary slightly due to computer/phone screen differences. I have made every effort to photograph the pieces as true to life as possible.

 

Custom orders
Custom orders can be made by contacting me through the contact form or a personal message on Instagram. Following a discussion about the product and my abilities to fulfil your request, I will send you a quote and we will start the process from there. 

 

Product care
All my pieces are handmade with different materials. Whilst each piece is different, the best method to take care of your earrings is to avoid water, lotions or handling them at all roughly. Store out of direct sunlight (of course, please wear them on sunny days - that's not a problem!). Trust that I have made and worn many versions of the earrings that I sell for many years and they've held up just fine, no matter how many big nights out they've seen! Take good care of them and they’ll last well.

Small pieces can be choking hazards - keep and store away from children. 

​

Packaging

My packaging is recycled and/or recyclable, often with hand drawn touch from yours truly.

I only collect information necessary to fulfil your order. This includes your name, postal address, payment details and email address for order confirmation and updates. I promise not send you any emails unrelated to your order! Your payment details are passed on to the third party Eway who processes the payments for my website. None of the other information is passed onto any third parties.
